Class Notes: March 2015

Here are your fellow USN/PDS alumni making headlines this month.
Sarah Cowperthwaite '96 has produced a Saturday Night Live documentary. LIVE FROM NEW YORK will screen at 6:45pm on Sunday, April 19 at the Regal Cinemas Green Hills as part of this year's Nashville Film Festival. Q&A will follow. Henry Gottfried '09 is touring with the national production of Pippin the MusicalHenry is playing Swing and is the understudy for Pippin and Lewis. Pippin recently played at TPAC, and local USN families were excited to see Henry on the stage.

Mary Frances Noser '14 wrote a play, "Leave," that is opening at Emerson College. It's being produced by Emerson's professional performing arts department. Boston area alumni and parents, check it out if you can.

Lee Ann Merrick '79 and USN parent Ursula Norris are opening a brick and mortar location of their popular weekly meals-to-go, boutique catering, small dinner parties, & boxed lunches business, TinWings. Their opening is next Thursday and we are all invited.

Yarrott Benz '72 has written a medical/family/psychological memoir, The Bone Bridge: A Brother's Memoir, coming out on March 15 from Dagmar Miura books. USN/PDS is described in great detail in the book.

USN Alumni Board member Piper Jones '08 spoke to Belmont University about her experience as a contender on American Idol.

Hunter Claire Rogers '07 has created a night celebrating local fashion, accessories and jewelry design. Fashion Happening Nashville seeks to add to Nashville’s growing and diverse fashion scene and provide an alternate venue for area designers to showcase their work.
