Here are your fellow Tigers making headlines this month.
Chris Chamberlain '85 released his newest book, The Southern Foodie's Guide to the Pig: A Culinary Tour Of The South's Best Restaurants & The Recipes That Made Them Famous. Chris suggests keeping a copy in your glovebox for easy reference and another in the kitchen for trying these great recipes at home.

Chris isn't our only alum with a new book. Brittany Witkin '98 just released her first book, The 30-Day Ultimate Closet Guide

Glass artist and frequent Artclectic exhibitor Grant Garmezy '03 talks about his inspiration for creating life-like animals out of 2,300 degree glass in this article from Bored Panda.

Grant's sister Sara Garmezy '13 competed in the Lady Paladin Golf Tournament as part of Yale's Women's Golf Team. The 54-hole tournament is Yale's first golf event of the 2014-2015 season.

Allison Hardy '13 was named to the All-Tournament volleyball team for Smith College.

Levi Hummon '10 recently performed in the home of famed music producer Desmond Child as part of an ASCAP event. Levi got to perform alongside Valerie Simpson of Ashford and Simpson.

Jad Abumrad '91 is in the news for featuring Eugene Thacker, author of "In the Dust of This Planet," on his popular NPR program Radiolab

Bill Freeman '70's real estate company Freeman Webb recently sold two apartment complexes in Chattanooga for $28 million. 

Jane Buchanan '92 is quoted in an article about US tobacco growers approving an act prohibiting the employment of children under the age of 16.
